Domestic (US)

  • Orders over $100: Free shipping
  • Orders under $100: $4.99 flat rate
  • Most orders ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri)

Graded Slabs & High-Value Items

Slabs and items over $200 ship via USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation. Shipping insurance is available as an option at checkout.

International

We currently ship within the United States only. Reach out via the contact page if you're international and we'll see what we can do.

PACKAGING

Raw cards: Sleeved in a penny sleeve + toploader, secured in a team bag, shipped in a bubble mailer or small box.

Graded slabs: Wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in a fitted box with padding. No rattling, no damage.

Sealed product: Original packaging preserved, shipped in a sturdy box with void fill.

We pack like we're shipping to ourselves — because we would be upset if our cards showed up damaged too.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

14-Day Return Window

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in the same condition it was received.

How to Return

  1. Contact us via the contact page with your order number
  2. We'll send you a return shipping label
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sealed product that has been opened
  • Items damaged after delivery (file a claim with the carrier)
  • Items returned after 14 days

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us. If you purchased shipping insurance, we'll file a claim and resolve it. Either way, reach out and we'll work with you.
